Sydney Trade Guide is run by Presencia Studios. This page says what we collect and why.
Listings are built from information businesses publish themselves, such as their Google Business Profile: name, address, phone, rating and reviews. A business can claim its listing to change it, or ask us to remove it by writing to hello@presenciastudios.com.
When you claim a listing, add a business, leave a review, send a job request or an enquiry, we keep what you type in the form. A job request goes to the business you sent it to. We use your email only to run your listing and to answer you. We do not sell it.
The assistant on the site is run by ElevenLabs. What you type or say to it is processed by them to answer you. Don't share anything sensitive in it.
Premium is paid through Paddle, who handle the card details. We never see them.
We set one cookie, only when an owner signs in, to keep them signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
