The Clean Plumber Leichhardt

Took the deposit from a job then disappeared. Didn't respond to email and when called they claimed they were waiting to hear from the customer, despite having it on record that they had been paid a $900 deposit and were supposed to be ordering parts to have the job done by the end of the week.

Despite harsh conditions the team at The Clean Plumber pushed on and installed new drainage for our backyard which is constantly soggy during heavy rains.The outcome was fantastic and we were really happy with the result

During heavy rains we experience tremendous flooding in our backyard. We engaged the Clean Plumber and Jayden and his team designed a drainage system that was well thought out and effective. It was a big job but was coordinated very smoothly. Great job and well done!

Business said they would sent a plumber out to find issue then they would quote me on a repair . Plumber showed up and told me it was over $300 just to find the problem . After a few weeks they followed up I asked for a slightly different quote for what needed fixing never heard back . The plumber himself Billy seemed fine but honestly this business as a whole seemed scummy . Tell you one thing to get you in and then make it feel like you’re pressured to use them because they are already there.

Jayden has exceptional customer service. If I could leave 10 stars I would. His work is excellent thank you so much for the prompt service and the great, precise work completed I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family Thanks again, Jayden!!
