Plumber To The Rescue Chiswick

This guy berated me for calling late at night when I said I could not afford the service fee. I just wanted to know how much it would cost for someone to come and instead of helping out, he got mad that I called and did not even allow me to speak. He was so condescending to me when I just needed help and wanted to know if I could afford the expensive emergency service or just wait a couple of hours so I won't have to pay much. Sure I understand it was late at night but that's why I didn't actually book because I didn't want to hassle them. Plus they were supposed to be 24/7 as they pressed released, so they should not be mad when someone would call very late at night. Worst customer service ever.

Excellent reliable service, Our plumber is Jim Homayed who is an expert and always very obliging. Highly recommended. Hanan Mowszowski

Fast response, super nice, job done well. Our second time using “plumber to the rescue” and we’ll be calling them again next time we have an issue

Quality job.

Called for a tap repair and plummer contacted me on approach and explained the various options to fix the tap. Work progressed quickly and he cleared up after the job. Very pleased with service provided will use this company again.
