We had accidentally flushed a chux wipe down the toilet - called Mark and within the hour he had arrived at our place. He was really lovely, super professional, and got the wipe out for us with no fuss. I have referred him to the owner of the building for future jobs and would absolutely recommend him!

We were switching to an induction stovetop so needed someone to disconnect our old appliance from gas and cap the gas line. Out of all the plumbers I got quotes from, Mark was the most professional to communicate with, super patient with answering my questions and did the work to a very high standard that made us feel confident we chose the right person for the job. The clay and cast iron pipes at our inner west terrace were over 100 years old and in need of replacement. Mark replaced all the old pipes with new pipes ensuring the kitchen and both toilets were operational for us during the works. He worked well with the roofer and tiler to complete the job in a timely manner with minimal disruption. Most importantly, the quality of his work and his attention to detail is outstanding.
